Yoga and Pilates has given Charlotte the balance, confidence and strength she so desperately needed! It keeps both her body and mind challenged in a way that is sustainable and nourishing, whilst helping remove tension from our bodies so that we can feel our most relaxed and present.
Petals and Pilates is run by Charlotte Woods, a UK based Pilates, Yoga & Wellness Enthusiast that reached burn out after a demanding corporate role, she sought solace in her practice and connecting with this like-minded community.
Charlotte’s mission is to create a happy and healthy life and to help empower individuals to take control of their health and wellbeing.

I started classes with Charlotte at an age where most people look to slowing down.
I am 61 and enjoying every minute of my Tuesday evening class.
Of course, I am not as flexible anymore and some parts of my body have different ideas than my mind in executing the movements Charlotte teaches, but her patience and adaptations of such movements make up for it.

Having an office role has meant that my posture and flexibility has taken a real knock. I found that exercising was becoming painful and uncomfortable and really wanted that to change.
I found Charlotte’s classes in 2021, after gym facilities and classes had been put on hold due to covid, training online just wasn’t for me.
Charlotte is a refreshing and engaging Yoga Teacher, she gave me adaptations tailored around my needs and limitations, she also kept the classes fun and enjoyable. Yoga was a quick activity to become a habit of mine, I now practice 3 times every week and have felt and seen the many benefits that Yoga can offer.
